Our concrete coating systems are designed to withstand Florida heat, humidity, and moisture without peeling or fading. Our polyaspartic topcoat is UV-protected to keep your floors from yellowing and looking clean and new for years to come!
OUR GARAGE FLOOR COATING INSTALLATION PROCESS
Step 1: Concrete Inspection and Evaluation
Every project begins with a detailed concrete inspection by our team. This step allows us to evaluate the condition of your concrete, identify moisture or surface issues, measure the space, and determine the best coating system for your space. Proper evaluation ensures your concrete is suitable for coating and helps us deliver long-lasting results.
Step 2: Scheduling and Site Preperation
Once your project is approved, we schedule your installation at a time that works best for you. On installation day, our crew arrives fully prepared with the highest end equipment and materials to complete the job efficiently and with minimal disruption.
Step 3: Surface Preparation
Before the coating begins, we repair any cracks present. Then we use a 20-inch planetary diamond grinder on the concrete to open the pores of the surface to allow for maximum adhesion of the chemicals. This process allows the base coat to bond deeply with the concrete, which is essential for durability and long-term performance.
Step 4: Polyurea Base Coat and Custom Color Application
After preparation, we apply a high-performance polyurea base coat, followed by your choice of a custom color system- either decorative flake blends or solid color finishes.
Step 5: Polyaspartic Top Coat and Curing
We finish the system with our polyaspartic topcoat, designed to protect against wear, moisture, and daily use. This coating is UV-protected, slip-resistant and will keep out moisture. Once complete, the coating requires approximately 24 hours of curing time before normal use can resume.
